Little Tybee Shares “Tuck My Tail” Single – Announces North American Tour Dates

0

Just in time for our holiday travel needs and your listening pleasure, Little Tybee has released the video for the first single, “Tuck My Tail,” from their upcoming record, the follow up to 2013’s For Distant Viewing.

The group has been hard at work in Atlanta’s Studi LaRoche putting the finishing touches on the follow-up.

Little Tybee have teamed up with CONNECT. ReverbNation’s invite only artist development program for the release.

To put it simply, Little Tybee makes the most pleasant music for your eardrums. But that’s really dumbing down the complexity behind this six piece band. 8-string guitar virtuoso Josh Martin leads the way with unmatched talent that isn’t seen often, Nirvana Kelly on the violin completes the allure that meshes perfectly with Brock Scott’s lush vocals, add in Ryan Donald on bass, Pat Brooks on drums, and Chris Case on keyboards to round out the full sound, and you have a band that you can’t help but fall in love with, whether on record or live.

There really isn’t a bad time to put on a Little Tybee record, as the sound just can simply mold your mood into Tybee land and this single is no different. For Distant Viewing was one of our absolute favorite releases in 2013 and it seems with “Tuck My Tail”, Little Tybee has kept the formula together to bring their stunning sound forward to their new record. Check out the video for “Tuck My Tail” below:

Little Tybee have announced summer tour plans that include more than thirty stops throughout the U.S. and Canada. The run kicks off on July 1st at The Loft in Columbus, OH and wraps on August 8th with hometown East Atlanta venue, The Earl; the band will headline most dates. Vocalist and guitarist Brock Scott had this to say, “We are looking forward to hitting the road after being camped out in the studio finishing our new record. We can’t wait to play these songs live and hear what our fans think about the new material!”.
