The first Shaky Beats went off at Centennial Olympic Park the weekend after Shaky Knees’ first year at the park. A new addition to the Shaky family, Shaky Beats brought people from all over into downtown Atlanta to enjoy the more EDM focused version of Shaky. EDM isn’t the only draw to Shaky Beats though, providing a range of artists that included hip hop, synth pop and more. The beats were hard, and the crowd was ready for it all, dancing throughout the day and night in their best festival gear.John McNicholas was there to document the weekend through photos.
