Surprise surprise! Now this is a surprise that can suddenly brighten your day after a long day’s work, or perhaps just a little unexpected blessing to add to an already good New Music Friday. Whatever the tingly sensation it gives you, there is a new album with a cute little kitten painting that reminds you of grandma’s house, but big words across it that say Star Wars that’s going to need to be added to your iPod stat (or wait, what do we use to listen to our downloaded music now?). Oh yeah, up in that left hand corner is the word Wilco!
That’s right Jeff Tweedy announced via the socials a new 11 track LP that is the follow up to Wilco’s 2011 The Whole Love and available right now at wilcoworld.net to be downloaded for free for “a limited time.” So head on over to their website, give them your email address and you are ready to start listening. Day made.
